Sam Octigan

Sam Octigan is a contemporary artist based in Melbourne (Naarm), Australia. Octigan's practice is shaped by a lifelong inquiry into the human connection to visual images and the enduring impulse to record, communicate, and make meaning through drawing, painting, and mark-making. Through a distinctive command of colour, movement, and form, Octigan crafts compositions that resonate with our innate human aesthetic sensibilities, evoking both the personal and the universal.
